Can I customize my order?

Please do! We specialize in custom cupcake orders for all types of events. Once your order form is submitted, we will work together to design your perfect order!

How far in advance do i place my order?

For party packages, orders must be placed at least 1 month in advance. For custom cupcake and cupcake cake orders, forms must be submitted at least 1-2 weeks in advance!

Policies

ORDERING IN ADVANCE

Please place your order as early as possible. We recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks in advance for regular orders, and 3–4 weeks in advance for large or custom orders.

MINIMUM ORDERS + FLAVORS

Mini cupcakes are sold in increments of 2 dozen, with one flavor per 2 dozen. Regular cupcakes are sold by the dozen, one flavor per dozen.

payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, and all payments are non-refundable.

No payment = no order. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of pickup. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash.

ORDER PICKUP

We offer pickup only, no delivery at this time. Once your order is picked up, Lucky Girl Bakery is no longer responsible for the condition of your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. If you cancel after this window, you may still be charged the full amount due to time, preparation, and materials already used.
